October 17, 2015 - Regular dinner group (@ PZ): Honey and flowers in the bouquet. On the palate beautiful and elegant botrytis, candy flavors, apricots and ripe pineapple. A lot of sweetness, beautifully balanced by good acidity. A really beautiful and mature wine which can probably last at least another decade.
