April 27, 2016 - Moss Wood (Custom House, Circular Quay, Sydney): Slight oak, malolactic, peach, white blossom, very slight earth and grass. In the mouth its' juicy and peachy with buttery notes chasing. There is a touch of front of mouth and mid palate burr and a very slight green on the long finish. Hmm. Needs a year or so to calm down.
