Community Tasting Notes 1

August 26, 2017 - 8/26/2017 SPC Class WK1: Thin, yellow color. Weak aroma intensity, youthful and fruity notes of green apple, lemon, grass, and peppercorn. Off-dry and light-bodied with moderate flavor intensity, green apple and lemon, Short finish. Overall, well balanced but lacking in complexity for my taste.
