July 20, 2023 - deepish purple red color, dark fruits on the nose, slightly dusty, plums, on the palate a rich fruit with ample tannins, firm spice and bramble, good depth of black cherry fruit, very good length, lively, zesty, quite ripe but with proper balance and structural restraint, one to bury in the cellar for a while longer.

May 23, 2018 - Try Before You Buy Tasting in Vancouver, opened 3 hours earlier. Now here's the real deal: fair concentration, lots of spice in nose and palate. First place so far and remains so for the entire tasting. $91 at the LCB.
