  July 8, 2022 - On the sweet side, very full and fresh with tropical flavours of pineapple and lychee. More reminiscent of a Barsac than i was expecting. We had it with a spicy soup but if i had another bottle and i'd serve it with a soft blue cheese, or pudding.

  March 25, 2020 - As soon as you open the bottle you get a hit of lychees along with the floral aromas.
  On the palate, hints of lychees, apple and flowers.
  Not as sweet as expected, the lime and pear flavours get there in the end.
  Decent QPR.

  December 10, 2017 - Typical Alsatian Gewürztraminer, big, bold, noticeable sweetness, but nicely balanced. All sorts of spices, lychee, honey. What a pleasure to have with a Foie Gras.
