  (Suduiraut CASTELNAU) Friday SPECIAL Dear Friends, You’ve asked for it so here are more summer Friday SPECIALS. All are the last few bottles we could drum up so please be patient. Niki will do her best but all are FIRST COME FIRST SERVED up to the limit/person. As I said last week, you may as well throw your hat in the ring, so here goes... 2003 Dr. Parce (Domaine du Mas Blanc) Collioure “Clos de Moulin” LIMIT 3/person This wine can be absolutely grand (when you get a good bottle). This is a big step up from the 2003 Junquets, Cosprons Levants and Mosaique. From a preponderance of Mouvedre, I predict many of you will like this more than most of your 2003 Rhones. 2003 Chateau Lynch-Moussas (Pauillac) (Decanter 5/5) LIMIT 3/person One of the most controversial wines we’ve sold in the past few years, a perfect 5/5 rating from Decanter but less than enthusiastic reviews from a US audience looking for more impact. Give it some time everyone and you will be rewarded. 2001 Francesc Sanchez Montsalvat Priorat LIMIT 3/person The last time this WA95 effort was sold at this price was never – not even in Barcelona. Perfect provenance. 2001 Suduiraut “Castelnau de Suduiraut” Sauternes (750ml) LIMIT 3/person Let’s see, the 2001 Suduiraut was a WA98 and WS98 and a contender for the Wine Spectator Wine of the Year. The winery barely had anything to declassify to this, their second wine - it’s probably pretty good... 2005 Some Young Punks (Adelina) “Passion” LIMIT 3/person Great vintage and great winery but we only have a few cases. I think this is the same price we had before but judging by Josh Raynolds comments on Adelina in general, this may be the new Wendouree (their next door neighbor). One of the top new wineries in Australia and one to support with (pardon the pun) passion. Have a good weekend!
