March 19, 2021 - 67 Pall Mall - Bordeaux vs Burgundy with Ronan Sayburn MS and Gearoid Devaney MS (Zoom): Nose is very clean yet dense (if that means anything), redcurrant and cherry backed up with a crisp minerality
Palate is red currant and cherry then plenty of fine tannins speaking to typical Pommard. Lovely long finish.
This feels like it's going places but isn't there yet. -

February 10, 2021 - This is drinking well . Suggest you let it sit for a couple of hours minimum. It opens up and the dark fruit flavours start to shine. Good acidity, moderate tannins, great length. An excellent Pommard with all the ingredients to age well! Your call on whether you like yours wines young or will let this even get better by letting it age a few more years! I can easily drink these now!
