July 8, 2023 - Opened this at a small gathering in our backyard.
This went super with my wife's fantastic, perfectly prepared and seasoned Atlantic Salmon. New world Pinot done the right way. Yes, it's rich and ripe and full-bodied. Not a lot of complexity here, just pure, hedonistic and pleasurable Pinot. Not too sweet, not too oaky. Perhaps could've used a touch more acidity, but was pretty well balanced. Everyone loved this. -

November 7, 2022 - Another great effort by KB. A bold PN, as noted by at least one taster, with concentrated dark fruit, tart black cherry, black raspberry, a bit of spice with soft tannins. Paired well with grilled trout.
