May 1, 2020 - I know it’s very early to open it now but unfortunately I have seen a leaking from the cork , so anyway can’t last for years. Yellow pale color, mineral, grape fruit , lemon. Balanced between sweet and acidity. It’s in a closing phase but anyway enjoyable. Obviously the others bottle will be open in 7/10 years

October 19, 2019 - From a 375. Shimmering light gold. Petrol notes off the nose, but closed out of the bottle. It opens and has fresh cut grass and white flowers and lemon frosting. Big and lush, but light to medium in body, and a very precise palate. Lots of grapefruit on the finish, along with fresh squeeze of lemon. Incredible lip smacking acid.

June 18, 2019 - JJ Prum - 2017 range tasting: Mineral, ozone, cherry, mandarin and pear with spiced notes throughout. Amplified intensity on the palate, incredibly drive with immense acidity that carves through the pure and deep fruit. Long and intense, showing real tension and texture.

April 17, 2019 - Ripe and sweet Meyer lemon, yellow peach, candied lemon drops, spritz-infused quince, granite, and wet limestone. Certainly one of the sweeter Rieslings I’ve had over the last couple of weeks, with a saccharine-laced and slightly syrupy mouthfeel that slows down the attack a bit, especially on the finish. It still manages to stay fairly light on its feet overall, with the mineral components helping to provide some lift and speed. Nevertheless, this is still a sweet wine that offers less in the form of acid and grip. Pairing with spicy fare balanced-out the sweetness of the wine more so than consuming as a stand-alone sipper.
