  September 27, 2010 - Started out too cold and the wine was unimpressive, but opened with time and a little warming. Lots of lemon. Sweet sugar/caramel, more lemon, acid. Great balance between sweetness and acid. Very lively. Excellent finish hits the salivary glands - salty w extract. Even better with more time - the palate shows really strong lemon and is very focused, persistent and acidic. Nose - 4/6, Palate - 6/6, Finish - 5/6, Je Ne Sais Pas - 2/2 = 17/20.

  August 18, 2009 - Wet currogated cardboard box in the nose with a little sea shore. Medium dry on the palate with lemon, crushed stones and light oak. It has a lot of character and dimensions to it. It's a bit too oily for me in the finish.
