  March 8, 2023 - Intense, fortified wine. Looks lige old Amontillado in the glass, but a little darker. The alcohol is felt.
  
  Salted almond, toasted hazelnuts, wood varnish, pickled orange peel, baking spices, sweet tobacco, rusty water.

  December 20, 2022 - There’s a super flavour array of bitter Seville orange marmalade, dry toffee, cream, nuts and caramel developing spice and richness. Dry but with a lingering, subtle and persistent finish. Takes a little time to open up and Improves with every sip. CHP 89pts

  June 15, 2022 - Marco de Jerez from TSA (La Salut, Redfern): Honeyed, apple, biscuit, saline, almond, walnut, figs, yeast extract, cereal. Savoury, juicy, yeast extract, softly textured, walnuts, saline, dried fruits play second fiddle but are very present. Glorious.
