  March 16, 2024 - Golden in the glass. After coming up to room temperature, floral aromas come forward, with ample fruit on the palate.

  August 26, 2023 - Very nice US gewurtz but $$. We let this one age and it did very well. A little coarse upon opening but it opened to a beautiful wine that still showed some traditional gewurtz flavors with a nice apricot finish.

It doesn't have the soaring aromatics of the Alsatian versions, but it's also not a massive sugar bomb (it's quite close to completely dry), so it has that going for it. There's clear lychee and spice elements, and the balance is good, so props to Team Bedrock, as this is a worthy bottle of Gewurz.
