October 24, 2021 - Love me a unoaked but still mouth filling chard.

April 4, 2021 - Easter Dinner with Greg & Donna: Slo-oxed for 10 minutes, chilled. Straight-forward, simple, but does the job. Chardonnay with appetizers for Easter Dinner.

October 14, 2020 - PnP, chilled. As the name implies = no oak, no malo; just Chardonnay.
Citrus aromas. Lots of lemon, some green apple, a touch of peach and a hint of minerality with searing acidity. Very palate cleansing. Will probably hold for another year or two.
