    January 7, 2022 - Oh yessss.
Inviting nose of hay, green tea, vanillapods, lemoncurd and quince-jelly. Wonderful mouthfeel, loooong finish.
When I savour and taste this, I am puzzled by its apparent contradictions: umami vs citrusfruit, massive structure vs subtle complexity, marmalade vs mushrooms, strict and rigid vs suave and playful, searing acidity vs creamy roundness. Only touches of tertiairy characteristics.
Full of life, 25 years young. Love it!

November 25, 2021 - A wine in decline. Honey and ginger but slight rancid notes. Preserved acid and pleasant, long.

May 5, 2021 - Mature, but not tired, lemon and mineral, mild oxidative notes, wax and oak. B+

March 24, 2018 - More advanced than expected... But very good and rewarding nonetheless.

October 14, 2016 - Uncles Fine Wine Club’s - Grand Cru Tasting (Bodø): Upfront V.A. and higher alcoholic touch. Beautiful layered with secondary elements of wiped cream, butter and sweet spices. Maybe too oaky, but it has a fine balance of dried fruit to back it up. Deep concentrated palate with floral and nuttiness lifted up by medium acidity. This wine stays on the palate for minutes.
