  March 15, 2024 - Organic and biodynamic viticulture, old vines (planted 1949) on marnes grises du lias and marnes irisées, fermented and aged on the fine lees for two years in neutral wood, bottled unfined and unfiltered without addition of sulfur, 13.4% ABV. Decanted to release the carbon dioxide and to separate the wine from the sediment. Vibrant full yellow colour; expressive nose, apple and lemon zest, a hint of butter, warmth from the wood, smoky minerality, good depth; elegant and flowing palate, gentle bitters, airy style with wonderfully vibrant (but not piercing) acidity, harmonious and seamless; very good resonance and length, hint of grapefruit. Lovely wine, ready now, with another five years in the tank.

  September 5, 2022 - The nose shows ripe apples, peaches and seashore, crisp and structured, will hold up in the cellar well, right now showing chiseled flavors of nectarine, honey and stone, soulful white wine, extremely good match with creamy lemon shrimp over arugula rice, hold if possible, this is a winner

  September 2, 2022 - WIMPS Champagne and Chardonnay Offline (La Trompette): This was on great form.
  Perfumed amber nose speaking to some oxidative aspects.
  The palate has wonderful tension between the rich oxidative elements (apple and pear slices starting to brown) and crisp keen acidity. Very moreish.

  April 17, 2022 - Recognizably Ganevat style, but doesnt have the balance and depth of his best wines. Still a solid wine in the scheme of things.

  November 28, 2021 - Pear and yellow fruit in nose, with elegantly oaked
  High acidity but not over, very sumptuously delicious and very good balance.
  Is a wine that you want a sip more!
