March 5, 2024 - An ok expression of Nebbiolo, light on the nose, mid-weight, but well-balanced. Enjoyable choice BTG in Milan, but not showing anything especially notable. Second tier producer in a weaker vintage from a lesser vineyard and honestly I was pleased. But compared to the previous night's 2016 Pacenti Rosso this was a far weaker QPR.

November 19, 2023 - Barolo and Truffle dinner (Flat 9): A gorgeous wine, in the style of the vintage, silkily medium-bodied and very fragrant: no shortage of red fruit or rose here! Nicely focused, too. A lovely first red. No need to wait on these.
