March 2, 2024 - Solid chiante that I hope improves with time. Acidity and just what I expect from Old world red Italian wine. Going to enjoy with pasta tonight from Olive garden and will update later if any changes

February 26, 2024 - A lovely Chianti Classico at the price point.
Vibrant nose of macerated cherries, tomato leaf, rose, chocolate, pencil shavings and fresh cut pine wood. Oak may be a touch too heavy handed but still a pretty bouquet.
Palate shows fairly firm tannin with a juicy complement of acid, making for a classically excellent food-pairing wine.
