    December 6, 2016 - Note: I use a scale on which 85 represents a very good wine.

See previous TN, which was just a month ago.

October 30, 2016 - Note: I use a rating scale on which 85 represents a very good wine.

Excellent in all respects. Just enough richness, fruit, acidity. Wish I had 10 more.

October 2, 2015 - Not quite the magical 90, but still quite good. This bottle was not at all flat or close to being oxidized. Crisp, delineated, textbook Chablis.

April 8, 2012 - Sunday in the Sunroom--all blind (Chez S1): Flat with heavy handed malo. Very little acidity/very little Chablis minerality and fruit. I think this one is starting the slide to severe oxidation. Half the bottle remaining at the end of the tasting--enough said.

March 22, 2012 - Not much acidity left and therefore a bit flat.

Burgundy-Report

(Long-Depaquit Chablis Vaucoupin) Faint brioche fades to leave denser fruit. More intense at its core and coupled to fizzing acidity, lovely extension and finish. A little more mineral and super.
