  September 21, 2021 - Gold appearance
  Ripe nose, fruity, sweet and succulent, waxy too and floral detailed with mineral ‘pool’ like notes. Has lift, a vaporous quality. Sort of creamy in parts, fresh, with an apple custard note.
  
  The palate is rich on the attack, concentrated and showing some wood. Ripe and plump core, butty, creamy and silky elements, very good intensity and concentration; long and silky.
