March 23, 2020 - Initial funky aroma which dissipated after a while. Light body. Lively juicy fruit with a nice freshness. Notes of soy and balsamic vinegar. Drinking well still but probably at its peak already.

December 6, 2019 - Light / mid ruby. Cloudy, some sediment. Light body. Wine was still in good condition. Fruit intact, prominent red fruits, with nice acidity providing freshness. Soft tannins. Fully mature, unlikely to improve further. Vacuvin-ed and stored in the fridge. Day 3 tasting showed signs of deterioration.

May 26, 2016 - Casual Red Burgundies (La Mangeoire): Fairly expressive aromatics: a little leafy on top of ripening red cherry and cranberry. Nose is prettier than the palate. Palate is nicely integrated and makes for enjoyable drinking right now.

May 27, 2014 - More chambollish than Nuits - quite pale colour with lovely lifted red fruits on the nose. The palate is only just mid weight and if anything lacks intensity and depth as if over cropped . Tannins are soft and the length is only average. Nice balance though.

December 17, 2012 - Red fruited with nice earthy and sous bois notes on the nose. Medium depth. Minerals and red fruits on yet palate . Good acidity on finish. Very nice.
