April 11, 2024 - Not much has changed in 3 1/2 years. The color is golden, there are marks of orange confit, bees wax, honeyed fruits, pepper and Asian spices. Very good acidity which keeps this on the fresh side. Lively, complex wine. Mature, I think, but then again - consistent notes over many years now.

December 31, 2020 - Opens up with a complex nose of apple, orange and curry. Shows the same, intriguing complexity on the palate with marks of green fruits, fennel, pepper, asian spices and stones. It’s a rich wine in terms of complexity of taste but yet soft and rounded on the palate. This hasn’t changed much over the past 3 years so I’m sure there’s plenty of life left. On the other hand, will this get any better?

September 9, 2017 - PB 50 Rayas Extravarganza (PB's house, Charlottenlund): More strict than 06, more on the minerals, the stone presence. Fine acidity. Very much alive, could improve. 92+ points.

May 10, 2017 - Opens up with a nose of spices, orange jam and fennel. Rich but fresh palate with marks of garrigue, fennel and white pepper. Complex, interesting wine. Outstanding. With Niels in Kandestederne.
