March 1, 2024 - Some Wine Tasted at the Acker La Paulée Auction (Maybourne Hotel - Beverly Hills CA): Tasted a t auction. Just off the boat last month, so maybe unfair to assess. Lean and very energetic with good weight and persistence. Slightly lacking in the complexity that makes Grand Cru worth the tariff, but too young and possibly suffering from its recent travels.
