It has some oompth, texture and a bit more push than I typically enjoy in my chards, yet there is acidity here that is carrying through just fine at nearly 10 years. Good core of lemon, too. I'd not age this any longer if you have them, as it's in a good spot right now IMO.

February 9, 2014 - Golden yellow. Pineapple, mango and peach on the nose and palate. Has tart apple and noticeable viscosity. Has some. rhone like characteristics. Obviously trying for a more Burgundy / Chablis style.
