    January 7, 2015 - Consumed over 48 hours, this wine opened-up rather quickly, but never fell off a consistent flavor profile of dark cherry and forest floor. Typical of Russian River Pinot Noir with enough acid to last a few more years. Medium finish improved with time opened.
