  December 31, 2014 - Drank after a 1990 Dom Perignon and actually it didn't suck, considering. In fact, this was the best bottle that I've had of these! Who'd have thunk it'd improve over time... the first few bottles were quite rough but this one was very nice.

  May 29, 2011 - Made a pleasant enough dinner pairing with fairly spicy red curry Thai chicken. I definitely tasted yeastiness, even at this late date.
