August 16, 2010 - A solid and quite drinkable bottle of Prosecco. Not much on the nose, light savoury fruit flavours, very pale. Balanced and soft - none of the harsh acidity one gets with Cava or Champagne at this price. A good summer quaffer.

August 14, 2010 - Pale green. Young crisp fruit on the nose with crunchy green apple and pear aromas. Fresh and lively with a light mousse and clean flavours of lemon and grapefruit. Simple but pleasant.
