    March 25, 2024 - Fifth bottle tasting.

Pronounced nose intensity with notes of mushroom, toast, red fruit, spices, flora. Medium+ acidity and medium tannin. Long finish. It’s in its drinking window now and will last many years ahead.

December 11, 2023 - tasted blind - the elements of a beautiful wine were all present -light lithe red infused (as opposed to extracted) fruit, fine grained tannins, and purity. Thus I was surprised when this was revealed to be a Chambertin, the King of burgundy. I quite enjoyed this though found it somewhat more feminine than i'd'a guessed.

October 12, 2023 - Pronounced nose intensity with notes of mushroom, toast, red fruit. Medium+ acidity and medium tannin. Long finish. Previously had 3 bottles in 2021 and 2022, now the fourth bottle, finally I feel it have enter its drinking window, will get better with time.
