February 11, 2024 - Apero met Y&M. Smaakvol en fris, mooie licht geelgroene kleur, zachte bubbel, zacht mineraal, goede zuurtjes, boterige afdronk.

September 2, 2023 - Clear domination of lees derived flavours. Fruitiness is limited, as is the acidity. For me the caramel yeasty taste is too dominant. Good, but certainly no more than that. Also, do not save part of an open bottle because it does certainly not improve. On the contrary as the strong lees notes even increase

September 18, 2014 - yellow colour, toasty, good body, drank at vin yard, therefore latest releaser september 2014

December 25, 2013 - Light and not too acidic. Light effervessence. Crisp and cold but sweeter than I remember. Lacks the toasty sophistication of premium champagne.
