May 18, 2013 - Bearserkerfest Night 2-Chave Table (Sun Wah BBQ, Chicago IL): Nose: The nose is wound very tight with youthful tones of white peaches, pears, white florals, nectarines, apples, and some fig tones. There is nice depth showing as it starts to open up a bit.
Taste: Medium bodied with medium/high acidity. The acidity is very sharp and shows off the youth with fresh tones of white peaches, pears, white florals, apples, and some figs.
Overall: This is painfully young. There feels like a really good Prum that just needs a good amount of time to fully show itself.
