-nearly opaque dark red no bricking
-ripe but fresh berry faint tar
-med- acidity, middle weight and barely average depth, shell of almost liqueur-like faint dark berry slightly medicinal though no over heat, med tannins remain
-fresh for an '07 and pleasant overall -

June 3, 2015 - Popped, poured, consumed over next 90 minutes. Nice, tasty, crunchy red fruit with some elegance, good intensity and a bit of sneaky complexity. Nothing profound here, but an enjoyable mid-week dinner companion. Would buy again.
