December 22, 2023 - red fruit mostly, hint of cedar. Maybe needs more age or oxygen.

August 14, 2023 - Two years later let's see what we have now...
Aromas of strawberry jam, dried tobacco which turns to sweet tobacco as time goes by, perfume, bacon fat, and balsamic.
Flavours of plum, cranberry, and vanilla with tobacco overwhelm the mid-palate to a quick thin finish at first. Then it becomes sweet and savory. The wine is juicy with a little bit of mouth-drying tannins to compliment the medium acidity.2 people found this helpful Comment
