Saturday, November 4, 2023 - Good pull, good cork, not soft. About 1/4" wet but intact. Good fruit. Spouse says can taste the alcohol. Fruit present but evolved. Nice wine. Fruit and secondary flavors in nice balance. Taking small sips to savor this nicely evolved wine. Had next day and was about the same. Don't see this improving. Should hold for up to 5 more years. Nice ruby color and some bricking but not oxidized and tired. Try this now. Have one remaining, CT states to 2032, I'll have it before then.
