Friday, March 29, 2024 - my third bottle (tasted the first and second one in 2014 and 2019)

still high-tone floral, showing much less dryness comparing previous bottles. the unique flavors of farmyard, Brett are faded, but projecting a more clean, new world like Pinot with less weight and richness on palate. Delicate and refined, should enjoy it with light seasoning dishes.
