Thursday, April 18, 2024 - Blind Champagne Tasting (Basanti in San Juan Capistrano, CA (South OC)): Dosage of 3 gms, no other label info. This is a true to place BdB, with a lemon signature, along with apple, in a juicy, fleshy style. There is some supporting chalk in the texture, with a mainly suave finish. This seems to be drinking pretty well now.
