Sunday, January 24, 2010 - This is an amazing wine in so many ways - depth, clarity, density, lift, balance – obviously very young but delicious with everything from cheeses to cured fish. It seemed to open all night most notably showing a vivid bouquet after an hour of air. Wonderful.
