Sunday, January 22, 2012 - Still a champagne I like a lot. Almost golden colour, lots af apples on the nose, mixed with citrus and biscuits. A hint of red fruit, too. Lovely, full, almost creamy, mouth feel with a good, long finish.
This time drunk with side of deer that had been dried, salted and smoked - quite a tough challenge for any wine but the match was excellent.
