Thursday, November 8, 2012 - Opened 9 bottles. One was corked and one completely faded between opening and serving. For the remaining 8 bottles this was a lovely mature Burgundy with mineral and some candy notes on the nose, nicely balanced and a nice finish. Given the bottle variation I suspect this wine will not remain at this level for long so I would advise drinking quickly.
