The size and weight was evident, in contrast to the style Wells makes the syrahs now, which for me is what I tend to drink most of now. Curious, on your bottle you just finished, how much aeration did you allow and did you perceive the same weight and alcohol I got on mine in 2011? Be interested to hear your impressions as I will probably drink my last one here soon.

Just noticed your note - sorry for the slow reply, but this is the first time it has happened! It shows the interactive side of Cellar Tracker which I see can be quite powerful. (It will be interesting to know if you see this comment, or if I should reply directly on your profile page?) Anyhow, we did decant for about 1 hr. We did feel the weight and alcohol you mention - but it wasn't all that pleasant. Thanks!
