Saturday, November 16, 2013 - Groffier Tasting, Mostly 2011s with Some Older Gems (Knightsbridge - Northbrook IL): Open 3 hours before serving. Dark cherry aromas and flavors with some hints of licorice, Robitussin and espresso. Dark and compact on palate as well, still a bit firm and showing its "baby Bonnes Mares" character.
