Sunday, December 22, 2013 - Popped and poured, the wine was pretty unevolved and ungiving, very tight though deeply extracted. Better out of the sommelier glass than the Riedel cab. Very nice the next day but the difference between Sommelier and cab glasses was vastly more pronounced. Right now the wine is a lot of coffee bean and really tannic fruit but the overnight aeration revealed good promise and I speculate I will end up giving it a higher score later.
