Sunday, April 27, 2014 - Had this wine with a filet mignon. Bottle took about 1 hour to open up and was still tight when it did. Very young, nice notes of graphites, light berries. There was a moment for about 10-15 minutes when the flavors exploded; however, they quickly faded out. This beat out a Domaine Serene (different style of wine) but I was hoping for more from this Shafer
