Thursday, October 23, 2014 - Birthday Dinner with Good Wine (NEXT Restaurant - Chicago IL): Popped and poured. Age appropriate level of maturity. Lots of ripe stone fruit with very charming spice. Very enjoyable today, but slightly short of energy and I wouldn't risk cellaring many of these long-term.
