Monday, December 1, 2014 - Viscous, fruit laden, and I think, underneath, the structure to go for some time. Past vintages have done well. Trying some of the younger napas in the cellar and after all, in a month the 2007 will more or less be 8 years old. Still, many are more similar than not, and I guess we are stuck with that.
