Thursday, December 25, 2014 - Popped and poured, drank very well right from the start. Might have got a little better after an hour. Was well liked by everyone at the party. After being opened and poured for 5 hours --3 liter bottle-- it seemed, at least to me, to become somewhat harsh(was the last 10% of the bottle) so I think it is as good as it ever will be and should be consumed over the next year or so.
