Mature, near peak, little bit of a signature orange peel note towards the finish and still has amazing structure. I'm not sure how much upside potential this one may have....maybe another year or so potentially? Hard to assess, but overall I'm really quite happy that I opened this one tonight and was a great pair to a crock pot pork loin with butternut squash and shallots, with almond green beans. Drink or hold another year.
