Thursday, August 25, 2022 - The nose is acceptable, even attractive, with a somewhat confectionary raspberry note. But the palate just doesn't cut it: soapy, chemical, bitter, offputting and even with lemon juice I don't really enjoy it. If looking for a summer mixer, check out the Evan Williams Sour Mash Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, the Bulleit Frontier or even good ol' Southern Comfort.
