Thursday, September 8, 2022 - Dress already evolved and delicate bubble.

Nose of pear, honey and caramel.

Mouth with a magnificent touch, it is delicate but the wine imposes its presence naturally. The juice is full of life and appears in full maturity with a delicious complexity that the structure of the wine delivers by layer: black fruits, brioche then spicy. The wine ends with a very nice finish, long and salty at the same time.

Excellent, as often with Ulysse Collin, we could just blame it for a lack of breadth.
