Friday, September 9, 2022 - Took a few hours to develop aromatics. Some barnyard funk, game, and black cherry notes. Tannic structure starts to poke through with air. Mix of back cherry with red fruit highlights—quite plush with a bit of sappiness. Quite nice but seems like it may be shutting down a bit.
