Sunday, September 25, 2022 - By the glass. Evolved colour, like liquid marmalade. That's not the worst description of the wine's smell and taste, either; pretty sweet, a fair (and compensating) amount of acidity, intense orange moving towards burnt lime. That lovely barley sugar nose and hint of millefeuille I so often get from Rieussec, too. Yum.
