Sunday, September 18, 2022 - This well-stored bottle had a rustic nose, with notes of mushrooms, earth, and blackberry. Its body was surprisingly on the light side, with slight bricking in the glass. There was some red fruit on the balance, along with a bit of tannic grip, which faded thru the finish. Mid-palate it showed some woodiness, rose petals, and more red fruit. It was clearly past its prime, but was delicious nonetheless.
